Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointments are reserved especially for you. To respect our time and the time of other clients, please review our policies below: Cancellations Within 12 Hours Any appointment canceled within 12 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without any notice, a 100% no-show fee of the service booked will be charged. How to Cancel or Reschedule Please cancel or reschedule through our booking system or by contacting us directly as soon as possible. Early notice allows us to offer that time to another client.
